I need ideas on what I can eat but can't really cook
So my kitchen is gutted and I gained 10lbs since the holidays after I lost 8. March and April were really hard months for me mentally and I think I am ready to be able to stick to something to help me loose weight.
I have a toaster oven, microwave and BBQ once we clean it for the season. I just don't know what to make. I finally started going to the gym again and last week I went 3 days and this week for 3 days so I am getting my motivation back, but for me exercise isn't enough.

What about a mixed salad with grilled chicken? They even sell those short cut chicken pieces that are very good, especially in salad. There is a real big variety in those bagged salads.
Another thing that is simple & doesn't really require cooking is tacos. You can buy the whole wheat tortillas and then just buy all of the things to put inside (short cuts chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, low fat sour cream, salsa, shredded cheese, refried beans, etc).
In the toaster oven, you can make mini pizzas. Weight watchers has english muffins that you can top with a pizza sauce and some low fat cheese. That with a side salad and you are in!!
