How often do you eat them and do you heat them up?

Once every 2 weeks, sometimes once a week, sometimes only once a month but I don't heat them up.
With DS#1, I did have them heated up.
We only buy Boars Head and buy it at Stop and Shop because I feel like it moves faster at a grocery store.

Same for me! My doctors actually never said I couldn't eat them. They just said make sure I get them from a place like a deli or supermarket that is constantly cutting up the meat so it's fresh. I stayed away from placed I have never eaten from, or places like subway. Also no pre package cold cuts. Not that I ever ate those anyway.

Same I'm too paranoid not to heat them. I only eat turkey and ham heated. I'm dying for liverwust but I won't eat it.

Recently I really havent eaten much cold cuts just because I wasnt wanting it I guess..but there was a point in this pregnancy where I was eating cold cuts 1-2x a week and never heated.

i eat them atleast 5x per week with breakfast, but they are always heated.. I dont trust them not to be..

When I feel like it maybe once or twice a month and I havent heated them up...the thought of hot cold cuts makes it unappetizing to me

I didn't know about this when I was pregnant with DD #1. I ate BH Maple Turkey with BH Muenster cheese practically every day for lunch. I never heated them up b/c I didn't know about it.

This was me too, with both pregnancies. It wasn't a risk worth taking, IMO. Popped them in the mic for 15 seconds, let them cool, then made a sandwich. Super easy to do and avoided the risk.

once every 2 weeks sometimes 1x a week and i don't usually heat them up. But, I stay away from cured meats (like salami for example) and stick with things like ham, turkey, and cheese.
