My insurance company had it delivered to my doctor's office.

I sent it through my insurance company and they mailed it to my house. I kept it refrigerated until I had to bring it to the doctor's office.

walgreens and had to pay out of pocket 137 dollars for it. Blue cross blue shield sux!
