Ivf consult
Had my last IUI today and going!In for my IVF consult tomorrow. Any specific questions to ask? I'm sure as my re is going through everything I'll have questions.. This will be my 1st IVF (and hopefully last) cycle. Thanks!

im confused, if you just had an IUI today why are you having an IVF consult tomorrow before your 2ww is over?
talk about failure rates for your age, protocol, will you use BC first or go right to injectable, meds. some questions should be based on your last cycle was it medicated.

A little confused as well. Was your IF Dx something that has you super convince that your IUI won't work?

I'm surprised they are pushing the IVF consult so quickly, you may not even need it after this IUI!
In addition to the above, I would ask about whats covered/not covered through your insurance, how many embryos the doctor is comfortable putting back, etc.
Also, try to record the conversation on your phone; I know I was a nervous wreck when I went in for my consultation, and it was good to refer back to the audio recording. I ended up forgetting alot.

Thank you girls! Very helpful! The consult is happening early mainly due to scheduling, the holidays and I really just need to be put at ease to know what I may be getting into to prepare us for an immediate start. Best case scenario is its a wasted appointment which I would be thrilled about.
