Same here...We were married 9 months when we got PG. I thought it would take at least a couple months!

We were married almost 2 years exactly when we got pregnant with DS.
This time I got my BFP in August and we celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary in September.

After reading a bunch of posts about owning a house and having children, I am really annoyed by some people's comments. You don't have to own a house to have a child or to be a good parent. Everyone has to do what's right for them and their family.
My DH is "smart like that" and decided that we should stay in our 1 bedroom coop as long as we can rather than buy a house and pay for space we don't need. Because of this, we've been able to save a lot more money than if we had bought a house and will be able to buy the house we will stay in for good.
Who's to say one decision is right and one is wrong? Same with getting pregnant on your honeymoon or waiting years. Whatever is best for you.
Joining all of you ladies in "idiotland" because I don't have a house.

Just lurking....Probably won't start trying until around 3yrs or so(08 bride)...Also getting the opposite comments as you. We still get the don't rush into the baby thing all the time.
