Re: Late night diaper change question
At every feeding. The trick is to change before the feeding. If it stimulated my DS, the bottle would calm him down and he would pass out right after eating again.
ETA - we lived in an apt. that was CRAZY hot in the winter when he was an infant, though, so maybe that made him sleepy.

Re: Late night diaper change question
For the first few weeks, I changed her in the middle of the night. Then I realized it was waking her up more, so I stopped unless she really needed it.

Re: Late night diaper change question
Nope. I only change her diaper if she's leaked into her PJ's or if there's poop, which I can smell so I don't need to inspect everytime.
Otherwise, I feed her, burp her and put her right back into bed. I don't think the transition back into bed would be quite as smooth or easy if I had to change her, which would rouse her from her sleep more.

When DD was still waking to eat, her diaper got changed. Once she started STTN, her diaper got changed in the morning when she woke up.
Same here. DS was BF though, and almost always had a dirty diaper right after feeding.
Same here......

Re: Late night diaper change question
I only ever did a late night change if DD had a dirty diaper or had soaked through.
