I love love love the Acadia -- we're getting one when our lease is up and #2 arrives. What I like the best is that the 2nd row are captain seats, so with 2 carseats you still have full access to the 3rd row.
that's a huge point for us too. We test drove one and it drives really nicely too - not like a truck, like a car. They are really popular and are selling like crazy I hear.

Absolutely. My MIL has one now. He said they are sold out already and getting more in soon, let me know if you want to talk to Dan about it.

We just saw this on the road and really like it! Much to my dismay, I drive a minivan...a Toyota Sienna. It is super roomy and is a great car.

Last month we bought the Nissan Armada. The middle seats are captin chairs and the back seats folds flat which I like so we have alot of cargo storage.
My SIL has 3 kids (2 in booster seats 1 in FF carseat) and she just got the Saturn Outlook. It looks really nice and she loves it but since she uses the 3rd all the time her trunk space is somewhat minimal I guess just as much a minivan.

Thanks! I'm still trying to get used to the driving perspective of an SUV. I feel like I can swallow up sedans! I can't imagine driving a mini-van (yet!)

not a mom of 2 yet but we have the Nissan Quest ( mini van) with the third row and it has PLENTY of room for more than 2 kids. I love love my mini van.
also the second row of seats are 2 bucket seats with the entrance to the third row in the center so plenty of leg and moving room. my mini van seats 7 and I still have trunk space!

do any regular cars fit 3 carseats in the back? I have a Matrix now...there is no way a 3rd carseat would ever fit.
Our cavalier does but its a tight fit

I'm buying a 2005 Honda Pilot next week (we're buying out our friends lease and balloon note) I don't have 2 kids yet, but probably will in the next year or so.
