Moms of 6 mo DC-napping issues

DD has never been a great napper. But today she skipped an entire nap, and is now passed out before shes supposed to be napping.
Question is...what is your DC's nap schedule like? How long in between naps? I was doing the 2 hours but I think now it might be getting longer.

DS is 6 months and I noticed lately he's been going a little longer between naps. He usually wakes for the day between 6-7am then naps an hour after waking, this nap is usually 45 min or so. Then after he wakes from that nap he is up between 2-3 hours and takes his longest nap of the day around noon, anywhere from 1-2 hours. Then takes a late nap around 4pm for 45 min min and he goes to sleep for the night by 7:30/8pm.

Sydnie is almost 9 months but about 2 months ago dropped a nap. She's down to 2 a day. Usually a long one, up to 3 hours, around 10 and a short one, at most an hour, around 4.

DS is 9.5 months now but went from 2 hours to 3 and now is at 4 between naps. He is now napping twice a day for an hour each time when home but naps longer at MIL house...she watches him during the work week. At 6 months DS was going about 3 hours between each nap and they were about 1 1/2 to 2 hours long.

All of these extended naps sound wonderful. Perhaps I should have included I get maybe an hour for each. So thats a total today of 2 hours. Chat Icon Thats why I feel like skipping that nap is wayy too much for her. But shes doing it Chat Icon

Re: Moms of 6 mo DC-napping issues

Wakes up at 6 am (early riser like DH..lol)

Naps for 1-2hrs at 9am

Naps again for an hour at 2 pm

Bed at 7 pm

She cut out a nap but started going to bed earlier at 6 months... and her naps were longer so she cut the time on her naps too.

She was getting 3 naps, now 2 !
