Nothing! and they wont let me buy diapers, formula or food either. they have everything too - high chair, PNP, everything they need and didnt ask for a dime.
They were insulted when we offered.
Same with my mom~ I take her to lunch or buy her little gifts. Most importantly, I thank her EVERY SINGLE DAY and let her know how much we appreciate it

Nothing and both of them buy them stuff every time they come over. My MIL watches them two days a week and she does not want anything. Instead DH and I get her something really nice for the holidays since she easily saves us $10,000 a year or so.
