Thank you so much everyone!! I am so happy how it came out. Now we are just turning it into a rangers basement lol
Al came yesterday to instal my closet doors and pantry and it looks amazing. I will add more pictures!

Just had to add that Al did work for us and, though the bathroom looks beautiful - the plumbing was done very poorly. We had two major leaks and, after he tried to come back 5 times to fix things, I contacted my plumber. There were major issues - it cost us over $2000 to repair what he had done. If you use him, hire your own plumber.

Did you search my thread to add this? I saw you commented and I commented back on another thread. I am wondering what I should do now since I havent had any problems ...yet...

I just saw this! That's funny! We did a whole bunch of things...We have a television/living room area, a play area for DS, an office, and a gym. I still need to post pics!!!

Sorry - I actually just searched his name to add the comment. I just feel like I want to give people full disclosure about his work. Sounds like he has done a wonderful job for so many people and I hope that I am an anomoly. However, he won't return any of my calls so I am not even sure that he realizes the issues that may be coming up with his work...this is my only way to get the word out. We aren't going to take any other action, luckily with the new plumbing job we have a very safe and efficient bathroom. I just don't want anyone else to have these problems. If there was some major plumbing involved with your basement, just keep an eye on it and have a low threshold to call in an expert.

I appreciate it. like I said I was happy with my basement but he did do some major plumbing down stairs so I am worried now what will happen in the future. How did you find out about your plumbing problems? I am very surprised he won't answer your calls, I hope you can get in touch with him, that really stinks

Al also did a great job on my bathroom but after I had a plumber in for unrelated work (and he saw the plumbing job on my bathroom, he pointed out more than one inefficiency. Just be careful and observant of any "changes" (water leaks, staining on the floors/walls). Since we haven't closed in the ceiling in the basement just yet, we have time to remedy the defects.

it is actually the allure flooring from home depot. we get tons of compliments, it is VERY easy to clean and only costed about 1500 dollars to do the whole basement in it!
Ive read mixed reviews but so far we have been happy!
