Your basement looks great! Love the color and door choices. Congrats!
As we look to remodel our basement, a few q's for u- Did you design the space yourself or did you leave it up to the contractor? How about the fittings-did you pick out the fittings yourself and have the contractor install it? Did you have to be involved every day of the process?
I am just trying to figure out how much time I will have to commit to the process before I get started.

I had three estimates. I knew exactly what I wanted from my space so I designed it. One of the people I was thinking about using would have done everything picked up everything etc. The person I used gave me a price just to do the job and I had to supply all materials etc. He would go with me to pick things up if I couldn't fit it in my car. But I was involved everyday for 3 weeks in some way. In someways it stunk but I got everything done to the way I wanted so it was good.
I have all my receipts saved so if you want a better idea of prices etc, FM me!
