My new Fav Salad-Walnut,Cranberry, gorgonzola cheese Ras Ving!
I never had it till recently and Mmmmmmm, love it! Im addicted. I just wish all the good stuff didnt sink to the bottom. 
ETA: I do need to find a good dressing!

Gemini Deli in Melville makest the most delicious Gorgonzola Salad I've ever had.

Sounds yummy!
Swap the gorgonzola for goat cheese and the Raspberry Viniagrette for Poppy Seed dressing and that's my favorite salad!

I would maybe try a raspberry vinaigrette with that salad, goes good with that kind of cheese.
