I love this.... I make it all the time at home...and sometimes I do goat cheese instead of gorgonzola, and add grilled chicken...yum!!! I use Kens Raspberry-Walnut dressing....

I used to get that from Ivarone Bros. in New Hyde Park when I worked there. SO good!
