need advice-flu shot now in 6 month old
You work at a hospital-doesn't matter that the baby is home-I'd def. give baby the vaccine.

DD is now 7mos but last month at her checkup i asked ped about flu shot and he advised against it. Said by the time the vaccine kicks in the season will be over. Just do my best to keep her out of tight, crowded places. Shes home w family while i work shes not in daycare.

I wouldnt get it now personally and I say that because I did get DD the flu shot @ 6 mo and she still got the flu. She did get the one shot and then she got the flu before she could get the other one.
So as long as you dont have her around alot of people I would skip it.
