need some easy one pan recipes for dinner tonight
We were on vacation for 2 weeks ( we both never take a day off ever unless we are really sick!) and have been exhausted getting back to the daily grind. I am in need of some really easy 1 pan skillet or any other ideas that are easy for dinner tonite. I am just exhausted getting up at 5AM every day. By the time it comes to make dinner I am practically falling asleep! Thanks in advance for the recipes/ ideas. ETA- I do not want to have take out- we just got off of a cruise and while the food was excellent- we have had way too much salt.

Re: need some easy one pan recipes for dinner tonight
I have two good 2-pot meals - the 2nd pot is only pasta.
One is ground turkey with bell peppers, green olives, a little onion and italian dressing over egg noodles.
The second is bulk sausage with diced tomatoes and wilted spinach over whole wheat penne.
The other thing you can do is check out Reynold's Wrap Packet Recipes

Re: need some easy one pan recipes for dinner tonight
I come home late so I am all for easy dinners.
I made this last night. It was quick and easy:
Foil baked chicken with Veggies
Put chicken breast on piece of foil and put veggies on top (I used the frozen ones-peppers, broccoli, carrots). Drizzle with olive oil and put some lemon juice as well. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano. Close the chicken tightly with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 mins.
Hope you enjoy it!
