I know you want to do this all & hold everything together and be strong for DH, Logan, etc. Please remember that it takes an even stronger person to realize that they cannot do it all. You need to ask for help.
and because you asked, tonight I will forgive my husband dumbassedness & hug him tight...and for you I'll try to not choose to hug him tight around his neck.

Oh Lauren.....I can come out there whenever you need. Seriously. I can help with Logan and dinner and clean up and all that fun stuff (but you still get to massage DH).
I wish I could wave a magic wand and make it all better...

Lauren I'm so sorry I know how hard it is to be the one to do everything, however without having to watch my DH in pain, and I know that alone is not easy. I can't even begin to understand the rest.
Your family is in my prayers and I wish there was something I could do to help you. I can only say that my aunt had an inoperable tumor in her stomach has been going through chemo on and off for years, but the point is she's still here. She may be sick alot and not able to do the same things she used to, but loves every day she has with her family.
