Yeah, Azad, I'm having a really tough time myself - just getting back on track. I've had a bit of a free for all this past month. I'm trying though. I'm noticing that I'm munching more at night though.
I'm going to start doing this again, it did help.

Went off BIG time last night!!!!! I exceeded my flex points by 12 this week!! I have to get back on track. I'm so gross.
Weigh in day today - I'm up 8.5 pounds since I last weighed in February. I've lost a total of 12 pounds since September. Ugh.
