Morning Ladies. I gained 0.4 this week Back on point now!!!
Breakfast = 4.5 DD coffee w/ half and half = 1 Yoplait light yogurt = 2 2 tbsp homemade granola = 1.5
Lunch = 7 Spinach & Mushroom LC Pizza = 6 1 cup grapes = 1
Snack = 2 Large apple = 2
Dinner = 5 4 oz chicken breast = 3.5 1/2 cup wild rice = 1.5 1/2 cup peas = 0
Total used = 18.5 Total remaining = 1.5

I just started my diet today and I am SO mad I forgot my breakfast at home (I packed it up and left it on the counter). But thankfully I had a 100 cal bar in my pocketbook from shopping yesterday and so I had that this morning to hold me over to lunch. My main thing that I am going to focus on right now is eating my meals. Usually I just eat lunch and maybe dinner, and that is not good for me because I pig out at lunch since I am so hungry. But I am going to try to eat my 3 meals and 2 snacks throughout the day. Plus exercise (last week I was off of work and I did exercise 5 out of the 7 days).

Just to let you know, I don't *think* that Chex is all that Points friendly.
I know Cheerios are 2 points for 1 cup, add 1/2 cup skim milk for another point.
It all has to do with calories, fat and dietary fiber. Usually, for every 50 calories = 1 point (at least that's what I have found). Also the more dietary fiber you have, the better off you are.
So your breakfast alone could easily have been 6 points - which can be a lot for breakfast espcially since I think a Chex serving size is only 3/4 cup.

Thanks for the heads up!!! I am not on points yet because I have not joined WW yet (I really, really want to though), so I don't really know how good or bad for you points wise certain things are. Thanks so much for letting me know, I will definitely switch things up a bit with my cereal. But that is good to know that 50 cal is about 1 point (I know give or take a little). Thanks
