lunch: 1 c homemade yogurt splenda tsp blackberry polaner 1 c southbeach cereal
snack: 2 polly-o 10 shelled peanuts southbreach granola bar
dinner: brisket on rye with russian dressing coleslaw pickle all from the Jewish deli
dessert: ff sf frozen yogurt

I'm going over my points tonight by 5 points. I could probably go more, but I need to control my urge, even though I still have weekly points left!! (I usually don't like to use them, because I feel as though I don't lose when I do)

Sorry, I'm been MIA for the past two weeks. My dog had surgery and then I had surgery, so I wasn't really tracking - crazy week. I've lost 10 pound (thanks to the surgery ) Down a total of 20 pounds. Hopefully I'll keep it off. I'm not really prepared today - it's my first day back at work. I'm going to do my best though.

Hi girls! I wanted to let you know that I'm have my qualifying exams for my doctorate (it's a huge exam ) so I won't on here very regularly!! It's going to be 6 weeks of hell and I'm going to be pulling very late nights at school so I don't know what I'm going to do!
Anyways, just wanted to let you all know I'm around and alive (barely), but I may not be posting as regularly as I do.

Hi girls! I haven't been on lately but I have stuck to the plan. I weighed in tonight and I lost 1.6 lbs.!!! I'm a little disappointed though only because it's a sign that I'm about to plateau unless I make a change. Guess my chocolate addiction has to end!!
