ok....I guess i'm not the only one who fell off the wagon??? I gained 1 lbChat Icon stupid superbowl!!

so DH and I decided to go back to phase 1 for a week to kickstart our diets again.

Tuesday 2/6

breakfast:
coffee
splenda
2% milk

lunch:
2 polly-o string cheese
30 pistachios

dinner:
lean chopped meat, eggs, low-fat cheese fritatta
tbsp ketchup
cucumbers and celery with 1 light laughing cow cheese wedge

dessert:
2 ff sf fudge pop
