DD had it for about 2 months. It was completely gone by the time she was 3 months old.

DS had baby acne at about 5wks and the ped said to mix a pea sized amount of aquaphor and anti-itch cream together and put it on his face after i wash it off with warm water. i did it everyday in the morning and at night before bed and it cleared up in about a week or so. now his skin is baby soft again!

eta: ped also had me switch his soap to aveeno fragrance free only cause it was milder.

My DD had it too. I found it was worse when she had direct contact with any kind of scent -- perfume, lotions, detergent, etc. Try to eliminate them and see what happens! Good Luck!
