one hour "Group Power" class (weights)
half hour on elliptical (one thing I can't do is follow cardio after weights - I'm too exhausted!)

Today's workout plans (2/3)
Kick Punch & Jam (Turbo jam) DVD - usually about 40 minutes
(I miss the other DVD I left at my mom's!Chat Icon )
