today:
30 mins on stationary bike (interval mode). I'm trying to work my way up to an hour workout and when the semester starts, I'll take spinning classes other aerobic classes at the university gym.

I am going to start writing on this. Maybe this will inspire me more. I did a 45 minute kickboxing and stepaerobics class.

Here's what I've been up to this week:
1/5 - 1 hour pilates 1/6 - 1/2 hour pilates 1/7 - took off 1/8 - 1 hour pilates 1/9 - 20 mins on elliptical at level 10 (2.25 miles) 1/10 - 1 hour cardio (DVD) 1/11 - took off 1/12 - 1 hour pilates; 20 mins on elliptical at level 10 (2.0 miles); weights -biceps and overhead press (10lbs, 3 reps of 10) Very proud of my workout today 1/13 - 10 minute ab workout (DVD) 1/14 - 20 minutes on elliptical at level 11 (2.0 miles); 10 minute ab workout (DVD); weights - bicep curls, row, triceps, chest fly, overhead press (7.5lbs, 2 reps of 10) 1/15 - took off 1/16 - 1 hour pilates, 22 minutes on elliptical at levels 10/11 (2.25 miles) 1/17 - took off 1/18 - 1 hour pilates 1/19 - 20 mins of HIIT on elliptical (8 intervals)

1/10 30 minutes of a cardio dvd...the baby wouldn't stop diving at my legs
wasn't satisified, went to the gym last night, snuck baby in...he only let me run .75 miles.
aughhh rainy days aren't good for me.
heading out on a walk soon today.

Just started up again after 1.5 weeks off due to being ill.
Did HIIT for 20 minutes (trying it out...it really kicked my butt today....I had doubts that it's a good workout, but not after today!)

yoga 40 mins at work (blah that next tues is the last one at work!) then 32 mins on bike, 6 high intervals in the fatburner cycle...

Mon 1/14: 1/2 hour of kickboxing with weights Wed 1/16: 45 minutes of total body workouts and 45 minutes of bellydancing, 20 minute walk with the dog around the block Thurs 1/17: 20 minute walk to client in LIC and 20 minute walk back Fri 1/18: Hip Hop aerobics - 45 minutes

I've just gone back to the gym after months and months off. Joined a great new gym and I am really happy, I love the reformer pilates machines.
This week: 1/15 45 mins spin class 1/17 45 mins pilates (reformer) and 20 mins treadmill 1/18 45 mins pilates (reformer) 10 mins eliptical and 30 mins treadmill.

22 min HIIT on treadmill - 8 hard intervals
20 "perfect pushups" (DH bought these devices that are supposed to create the perfect form when doing a pushup)

Sat 1/19: turbo dance class -45 minutes Sun 1/20: all in one(mix of aerobics and weight training) and fit ball weight training class both 45 minutes
