20 mins HIIT (I hope I did it right) on treadmill
10 mins treadmill

today 1/22:
45 minutes Pilates (reformer)
20 mins HIIT on treadmill
20 mins regular treadmill

Last night 32 on the bike fatburner with 9 hard intervals...tonight 32 again on interval program (different)

ETA tonight 32 mins. on interval on the bike..bought 2 new DVDs...let's see

took an absolutely worthless Total Body Conditioning class (1 hr)
then added a few lunges, outer thigh raises til it BURNED and lots of abs. (1/2 hr)

1/27: 45 minute all in one class - mix of aerobics working with weights and bar

1/28: 35 minutes on the bike, 30 minutes with personal trainer and 30 minutes kickboxing
