2/14 20 minutes stepmill 10 minutes aerobic step lunges & single leg squats (to keep the heart rate up since cardio was shortened) 30 minutes weights (legs, back, shoulders, bi's/tri's, chest, abs)

I havent had any time to do anything substantial lately - but I used to be able to work out like that!!!!
I have forgotten to post some kick boxing classes, but I have been a lazy a s s lately...

I have been an athlete for years and once I stopped playing sports, I have realized that my body needs that amount of exercise to stay in shape! It is dreadful at times

woo-hoo...I feel so good! It takes a lot of motivation, but I'm so glad I'm back on my TaeBo "kick" LOL....nothing gives me a better workout!
