I have 80 to lose! Yes, 80 to be at a normal weight for my height. I went to the dr, i was sick with bronchitis. She said she hasnt taken blood in a while so she took some. Turns out my sugar was 259. I am not following the ww diet. I need to lose to get rid of the sugar problems and to look and feel better. I have lost 12 lbs since dec 15th. So now i only have 68 pounds to go LOL! I love the ww diet. It works out perfectly for me....

I was going, but the cost of the meetings really was rough for me. I have decided to follow along at home and buy myself a decent scale instead.
I figure I can talk to you all on here and keep on track (fingers crossed).

anyone have breakfast ideas that i can take to work with me besides cereal?
Do you have a magic bullet (the blender versions!  )? I've been making smoothies with that using the mugs that you can take with you. I use 1 cup of nonfat plain yogurt, 1 packet of splenda, 1 tsp of vanilla extract and then whatever fruit I have around. Today I did a small kiwi with frozen strawberries. The whole thing was 3 points and counted as a milk and 2 fruits. If you use WW nonfat plain yogurt it's only 1 pt as opposed to 2.
I'm also going to make quiche tonight and divvy it up over the week. It's 5 points per slice.

I am going to join WW this week. I just have to figure out a day to go. Where and when does everyone go to meetings? I think I may go on Sat or Sun mornings to Ronkonkoma. Anyone go there?

Im going to give myself a month online and see how it goes, the loss and my motivation. If I feel I need the meetings, Im going to upgrade my membership and the Ronkonkoma one is where Id go. Ill let you know.

I'm doing the same thing! I found keeping a food log helped me stay on program.

Weighed in today and I lost 4.2lbs for a total of 24lbs
This week what helped me was I stuck to the plan, I drank a lot of water, I drank green tea and I cooked healthy meals every night. I tried to eat a lot of fruits and veggies and also had healthy snacks instead of eating the ww bars.

I just joined last Saturday. I weigh in on tomorrow. I'm extremely pumped but I have A LOT more than most to loss (over 100lbs, more like 125-140). I lost 80lbs on WWs in the past before I got married and put it all back on with my thyroid removal, then pregancy. I'm back. I'm hoping I will stick with it. The first month I'm ok, its the 2nd I'll need you girls!!!

So over the holidays I gained back 5 of the 20 lbs I lost in 2009. I was SO happy to see that I lost 4 lbs this week.
Still have about 50 lbs more to lose and I am DETERMINED to lose them ALL!!!!
Great Job to everyone who posted so far for this week! And Good Luck to all the WW newbies!

Down 3.4 this week. This was the 2nd week ever that I lost over 2.5 since I started in May. I was uber strict this week and it paid off!!
39.4lbs lost so far!!

I started last weekend. I'm aiming to lose the baby weight. I think I am on day 5. I will be weighing myself every friday. I did WW last year and lost 18lbs... I'm shooting for around the same, if not a bit more. Wish me luck!
