Had a bad week - I was very stressed out with home renovation stuff....I gained 1.2lbs
I didnt cook every night, but I did drink my water, and tracked mostly every day. I would say 5 out of the 7 days. Since it is a little warmer today, I am going to walk this afternoon....

So finally got back after being away a month. Was nervous, I enjoyed the holidays to say the least, but really tried hard the past 2 weeks to make up for it.
Down 1.2
1.4 until goal! I was only .4 from goal almost 2 months ago, this seems never ending. Hoping to make a break through this week!

Hi everyone!
Just joined WW - I am on day 5.
To get to the weight recommended for my height, I have to lose 45 lbs. I would be very happy with 25.
I weigh in on Mondays. I am really hoping to stick with it, I rarely stick with anything...
So far my favorite 1 point find is the Arnold Selects round rolls. For the first three days I had one with a Boca Veggie burger and some toppings for a great 3 point filling meal!
I look forward to hearing about everyone's success!

week 2, down 3.2lbs so total down is over 10lbs. I'm happy (although I just used soo many flex points at Outback tonight PLUS tomorrow is my DS's 1st birthday). I'm gonna try to "stay busy" at the party to prevent from snacking on chips & such.

Week 1 for me and I lost 3.4 pounds. I am so happy! I love using the etools and the app for my Ipod touch! It really helps me to keep track of everything!

I lost a total of 6 pounds this week! I was good most days- but also had 2 non-counting days.
This is the biggest loss i've had so far. I'm excited, but know these are not typical results.
3 pounds to go until pre-pregnancy weight (goal 1). Then i am going to hit the gym and lose the next 30 pounds!

I gained .4lbs at week 1 weigh-in. I know where I went wrong. I started a new job and didn't plan meals for the week. Also the burger and fries that I had the night before weigh in probably didn't help.
Doing much better so far this week, hopefully the scale will reflect that on Sat.

I gained .6 this week. I knew it would happen because I was bad over the weekend. Hopefully I can lose that and then some this week :)
I did hit my workout goal of 5 times this week :)

In total I lost 36 lbs and it took about 8 months. So slow and steady!

I missed my weigh in last week because I had a funeral to go to.... I lost .8 at todays weigh in
I have officiall lost the 5lbs I gained over the holidays!
So my total weight loss is 20.4 lbs
52.4 more lbs to go!!!!
