weigh-in this past Saturday. Down 2.0. 13.4 so far lost. I'm actually quite happy considering I had my DS's 1st Birthday and Outback.

I gained .4 at first WI, so I actually followed program like I should have and the scale reflected.

Welcome!
I found that planning my meals for the week on Sundays helps me keep on track. I work FT and have 2 little ones, so it takes the guess work from coming home and trying to figure out what we're gonna do for dinner.
I often look at the WW recipes, to see if there is anything good and then go from there.
If you plan to go out to dinner, try to look up the restaurant's menu before you go and figure out the points. It really keeps you from over doing it.

I lost .9 this week for a total of 38 pounds. I didn't count a few things but hopefully this week I can be a little more strict and lose another pound

weigh-in on Saturday, lost 1lb. I can't believe I'm like .2 away from 5%. Man, I thought I'd nail it this week. Aunt Flo dampered that plan.
Did go out and rent some excercise DVD's from the library. I need to get moving!!

Everyone is doing awesome!
Weighed in friday, first week on maintenance...gained 1 pound! Totallt fell off the wagon this weekend, now I am paranoid about weigh in on friday. I only have a one pund cushion now. I think I am seriously screwed. Iwill do my best the rest of the week and hopefully try to sneak in some exercise.

That is awesome. Any tips? I have been on since about the same amount of time and only lost 8.5 I keep falling off the wagon.
