Packing up my hospital bag this week and installing the car seat. Bassinet is all ready to go, and will just need to set up Pack'n'Play for the 1st floor area.
Went to 36 week appointment on Friday and had my first internal check (I imagined it to be painful for some reason and it was just a little uncomfortable, not bad at all)
I'm 50% effaced. Feeling pretty uncomfortable lately and doesn't help that my nesting has not decreased at all, and the two just don't mix well together 
We have our growth sono tomorrow, so excited to see him again. haven't since 20 weeks!

Yep, this is me too. I find that I get spurts of energy and I will go clean a specific area. Like yesterday, I got some energy so I cleaned the bathroom. Then I needed to rest. A few hours later I had another burst of energy and decided to start cooking different things I needed for the week.

Hah yeah! Sounds exactly like what I go through. Thankfully today I didn't get an urge but that's also because I think house looked clean to me so I left it as is. I'm sure tomorrow will be a different story.

What is everyone dressing their babies in to go home from hospital....Trying to figure out if I can have her wear something I got from shower or go out and buy something else..... would love to see pictures!!!

One of our good family friends got us the "take home" outfit as a shower gift. I'm sure it was very expensive and over the top. Prob something I would never pick out myself but it does the job. It's a pink onesie with matching blanket and headband from some boutique. Very frilly. Thoughtful gift though.

We had some storage added to the nursery so that was finished last week and this week the room will be painted. All the furniture is ordered (and most of it is already in and on hold) but we will not set up the room completely until the baby is born (its a traditional Jewish thing).
Although, we did have a shower (not very typical for Jews) so we still have plenty to put away.
I also need to do a last minute run to buy buy baby to make sure we have everything we need for the first few weeks. Def need at least one more set of sheets for the crib.
I think everything else is bought... Tried to buy alot of small extra things for when we come home so we don't have to run out alot (not baby related) like extra plastic cups and paper plates and napkins, since I'm sure we will have alot of family in and out of the house the first few weeks.
I'm ready when she is :) lets do this!

I know it is crazy how close August is!!
I don't have that much left on my to-do list.
- I still have to clean our bedroom.
- Wash and santize bottles, and make room for them in the kitchen.
- Install the carseat bases in both cars (this will be done Tuesday/Wednesday this week)
- Finish packing my hospital bag, just need a few things. Travel size toiletries, pads, and snacks for DH.
- Make some freezer meals for the first few weeks.
We are pretty much ready for this little guy, whenever he is ready to make his appearance.

We're pretty much ready for the little guy. All is set, put away, hospital bag done, pre-registered, pediatrician set, etc. and need to only put in the car seat.
Can't wait to meet our little munchkin.

I need to pack my bag, get the cars washed/cleaned and install the bases. I haven't set up the bouncer, rock n play and play gym yet (but DH can do that while Im in the hospital) other than that- we are good to go :)

Yes! The past week I've felt a lot of pressure and I think on Saturday night I had a contraction. I had terrible back pain that radiated to my pelvis but it only lasted about 1-2 minutes then went away. Haven't had that pain since.

Yes! The past week I've felt a lot of pressure and I think on Saturday night I had a contraction. I had terrible back pain that radiated to my pelvis but it only lasted about 1-2 minutes then went away. Haven't had that pain since.
Sounds like what I'm having too but past few days it's been on a daily basis..Today, a couple of times.

took 2 none stress test at doctors and both times she was like do you feel those contractions... its crazy that im due in 2 weeks

Just had my 37 week appointments. The biophysical sono was great and when I saw my ob she did an internal and I am 3cm dilated and 50% effaced! I'm scheduled for my csection august 1st but she doesn't think I'll go that long. At last weeks sono both twins were just over 6 pounds. I can't wait! I hope they come soon. I've never been so swollen and in pain like this!

How's everyone doing? It's almost our month!
I've been having irregular contractions throughout the weekend, extra discharge, etc. We'll see!
Installed car seat this weekend, set up pack'n'play and we're officially now ready. Even our dog got a bath so he can be ready for his little brother
