*** OFFICIAL DECEMBER 2014 THREAD ***
Does anyone else experience this? I'm fine when I wear my leggings or even shorts (all maternity), but the day I wear a dress - my back hurts like crazy and I feel so much more stretching and pulling in my abs. This is what's been happening since about 11 weeks! Do I really need to get one of those belly support bands already?!?!?!

Hmm not sure-but I did have to wear the belly support band my entire 3rd trimester. It was just unbearable the back back! And the pain under the belly in the front.

That's just it! Between that, and then the horrible support my boobs are getting - I'm a HHH to begin with! (Come to think about it, that might be a big contributing factor.)
Not complaining, I'll do anything for this little boy, but I was just so surprised to feel it this early... guess I'm not that early anymore, though.

Yes!!!!! I've been living in dresses because I wasn't in maternity during the summer with my first and I refuse to buy more maternity clothes! I'll have to look into the belly support thing. Sometimes I wear bike shorts under my dresses with a belly panel for extra support, but it's not enough support!

No experience with that based on clothing (still not in maternity) but my back hurts a lot. I think its my sleeping situation. How are you sleeping? I used ot be a stomach and side sleeper and now being only a side sleeper stinks! Also maybe when you are wearing pants and shorts you are getting more support. Dresses have no support.

I'm so glad I'm not alone!! Most days my back is fine, no issues at all... But when I wear a dress, bam, back is KILLING me... Guess I better pick up a support band soon.
The sleeping probably doesn't help either, last night was a rough night, too. I was a back sleeper and now switching to side is tough...

I'm almost 23 weeks and not feeling much either! DS2 is a lazy womb baby. Each night I might get a kick or 2, but only when I'm really paying attention!

That's great! My sister and I are almost exactly two years apart and it's always been a lot of fun. I also have a friend who just had her second boy on her son's second birthday. So cute!

I'm also carrying a bit of a wimp. Yesterday at 20 weeks Dh was finally able to feel a kick. It was at leas a week earlier with our first. I still only feel it here and there and it's not very strong at all. I'm sure it will come!

Jess, I have the same issues this early. I didn't feel a thing with the twins, but with this baby? Omg. I got a support band but it kind of looks funny under dresses. I ended up wearing a soft support body shaper (wear your own bra kind) and it is so much better! I also love Mama Spanx by the Spanx lady.... They come in short or Capri length.

Woohoo! Mine was about 45 minutes and then I had to come back the following morning to finish because baby boy was being very uncooperative. That was another 45 minutes or so.
ETA: it really was an incredible sonogram. You see so much!

Mine was a little over an hour. Don't forget to ask for 4D pics if they can. Remind them, too. I love the part where you can see blood flow to and away from the heart and when they show you kidney function

Oh man, They didn't show me all of that - they showed me the 4 chambers of the heart and said everything else looked perfect.

Wow! Mine was only 15-20 minutes. I'm not complaining though since I was just so glad I was able to watch. With my first, they had the screen facing away from me and then just showed me for all of 2 seconds at the end. I had to sit there watching DH, my mom, and mil all ooh and aah at the screen while I couldn't see!

Ha...at this rate (19 weeks) I don't feel anything so DH will be waiting a long time to feel anything I assume.
