Re: OFFICIAL JUNE MOMMY THREAD!

Glad to hear for the most part everyone is doing well.

Im going for my 1 hr. Glucose in about 15 minutes. Im so scared of that darn drink making me sick, but I need to get it over with.

Still sick...and STILL waiting for the darn insurance to approve the Zofran pump. Who knows if it will even work, but at this point I need something.

I am getting so emotional. And Feel like if something is wrong with teh baby in the end it will be my fault for not being able to eat Chat Icon ....Silly and dumb way to think..I know.

Got my first BAD leg cramp last night.

Anyone else uncomfortable walking too much? This bothers me since we still have time to go yet.....but after a walk around Target I feel BEAT UP.

Ok..complaining over...

Good stuff- Baby Noah is kicking up a storm...Love it!!!!

And my shower is in like 2 and 1/2 weeks already and Im sooo excited to see baby stuff!!!

Good luck to all who are still waiting for their GTT results.... Chat Icon

Re: OFFICIAL JUNE MOMMY THREAD!

I have the walking issues too, I feel tired after not too much walking and feel that pain you get when you exercise too much in your side when i don't really walk that much, oh well.

My glucose test is on Monday, hopefully I will pass.

The baby has it's on and off days sometimes more active than others, but always active in the evening/night.

We picked out our crib this weekend which was exciting, but the nursery still has all the stuff in it that was there before, oh well, we will get it done eventually.

Re: OFFICIAL JUNE MOMMY THREAD!

Things have been really good lately.

I passed the glucose test - THANK GOD!

I get exhausted from walking too. I'm going to try and take the dog for a walk everyday now that it's getting nicer out - just to try and get some exercise in.

The baby's bedding is in - and the furniture comes next week.

I feel really good overral. There is major burning under my boobs which is annoying (oh and my boobs have gotten tremendous)

Still peeing all through the night - but at least I have been going back to sleep thank god!

All is good over here! Chat Icon Chat Icon

Good luck to those who are now taking the glucose test!

Re: OFFICIAL JUNE MOMMY THREAD!

I'm doing great, thankfully. Passed the glucose test Chat Icon but need iron supplements, which I just started yesterday.

Picking up the nursery furniture this weekend Chat Icon , but have to make room for it first!! Chat Icon

I'm feeling great and no major complaints, thankfully! She's moving around like crazy in there a lot more now, especially when I'm driving or laying down at home. Last Monday was the first day I could see movement from the outside, and DH has seen it a few times.

I've been on a HUGE sweets kick lately that I need to stop ASAP!!

Still trying to finalize a middle name for her, but we're not stressing about it yet.

That's about it from here! Chat Icon

Re: OFFICIAL JUNE MOMMY THREAD!

Hello ladies!! How's everyone doing? nbc188's post about time flying by promted me to check in with everyone.

I haven't heard the results of my glucose test yet. But at my Dr. office their policy is "no news is good news", so since I haven't heard anything, I'm assuming I passed. I go back on the 3rd for another appoinment so we'll know for sure then.

Baby is moving around A LOT now. More rolling like movement instead of kicks. I love it. DH got kicked in the head the other day when he was lying on my belly. SO funnY! Chat Icon

I just OK'd delivery for the nursery furniture with Behrs for the 31st, so I can't WAIT to have it all put together.

We've got one more Bradley class to go to and then we're done.

I really can't believe how fast it's going Chat Icon

Hope you're all doing well and feeling good! Chat Icon Chat Icon

Re: OFFICIAL JUNE MOMMY THREAD!

Hey all

I actually feel like He is not moving around as MUCH...makes me worried as he was a constant worrier...but they keep saying all is ok.

I finally got my Zofran pump, and it has helped. I have been eating more then usual and holding it down. It just hurts at the site where it goes in and it makes me really drowsy and I dont like that feeling. Add the nifty fanny pack to carry it all around in and Im just feeling BLAH.....

I wish sometimes I could have had a "different" pregnancy...but hey too late for that.

I have a growth sono on Monday...

The heartburn is here...YUCK....

Do you guys feel the babies all day long?

I find he has hours on and hours off..

No glucose results here yet either....Gonna wait I guess till Dr's next Thursday and ask.

Hope all the June mommies are feeling well! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

Re: OFFICIAL JUNE MOMMY THREAD!

Ugh...I am feeling so off kilter from the 3 hr glucose yesterday (either that or I'm getting the stomach bug that DD has).

I feel him moving at certain times of the day and he's a lot squirmier than DD was.

Feeling REALLY emotionally overwhelmed lately and feeling the pinch of only 15 weeks left!!! ACK! We are SO not anywhere NEAR where we need to be!
Also feeling alot of pain in the lower back and hips....NOT fun.

Other than that....just waiting on the phone call letting me know if I pass or fail the 3 hr and still going for my normal appts.

Re: OFFICIAL JUNE MOMMY THREAD!

so just got back from my 27 week appt and i didnt gain any weight over the past monthChat Icon i had gained 10 pounds the last time i had gone and my doctor said it was prob just a growth spurt (i popped) and that by this appt i shoudl only gained three or four pounds, so i was thrilled i had gained none, and the baby is doing good and now i am down to going every 3 weeks

So i am still having m/s and throwing up in AM sometimes in the afternoon and having bad nausua on and off- my dr feels so bad but their is nothing she can doChat Icon
and i have horrible heartburn day and night, prob b/c of the nausua. Nothing helps much-ughh

my littleChat Icon has been moving so much, he def has points during the day where he settles down, but he loves to beat me up, kicks, punches my ribs, etc. its too cute, and its so cool to see my stomache move, he's specially active at night

I go tomorrow for my 1 hour glucose, and hoping i pass and dont have to do the 3 hour one

So thats it for now, hope u guys are all doing OKChat Icon

Re: OFFICIAL JUNE MOMMY THREAD!

Hello ladies!

She's moving like crazy- but just squirming really. Sometimes we'll see my belly move, but not like those really crazy videos I've seen.

We close on our house April 10, so we'll be moving March 31. My shower is on the 15th (in NY!Chat Icon - I haven't been there in SO long).

We got the call that the baby's furniture is in and need to schedule a delivery to the new house.

I'm now on maternity leave- so no more flying for meChat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon . But I am working at an elementary school 5 days a week earning my clinical hours for speech pathology. Graduation is May 23- baby due June 18. She better stay in long enough for me to waddle across that stage!!!!!

Re: OFFICIAL JUNE MOMMY THREAD!

This little guy moves around all the time - and he is really punching me now - not just a slight kick. I'm loving it!!

I go back to the dr. on Wednesday - can't wait to hear the little heartbeat again.

I am flying next weekend and I have to be honest - I am starting to get very paranoid about it. I know it's ok - but there is always that little voice in my head that tells me to just cancel my trip.

Can you believe we are almost at the 30week mark??!!!!

Glucose test needs to be done soon before I got for my 28 wks visit.

I finished a GREAT training seminar in the City on Infant Massage and become a certified trainer to teach parents how to manage their baby for better bond/attachment.

I will post something about it. In order for me to finish the certification I need to find 5 moms/babies to facilitate a class for 4-5 wks. Babies need to be 3 wks to pre-crawling. It will be free since this is part of the certification program.... More details to come!!!!

Re: OFFICIAL JUNE MOMMY THREAD!

Hey June Gals. So I have to get the c-section. I went for the IV sono last night (& let me say OUCH since nothing has been up in there since October) & it is SOOOO covering my cervix that the tech saw it with the external too. She said that even with pressure my cervix is very tight, which is good b/c that reduced my risk of bleeding & bed rest in the coming weeks.

So at Dr H next week I'll set a due date for my babyChat Icon

Re: OFFICIAL JUNE MOMMY THREAD!

Goodness- it's been awhile since I saw this thread....

How's everyone feeling? I posted yesterday about my "gettin' the vapors" at the Home Depot. It happend again at Target. I had a doctor's appointment yesterday and I told her. Turns out my BP is still pretty low- and I KNOW I haven't gotten enough water into my body- so it's to be expected.

I'll be 30 weeks on Monday- and the tiredness is starting to come back. I have another month of classes and my clinical internship at an elementary school, so I'm not happy about the loss of energy.

And does anyone else feel like their kid is going to squeeze right out through their belly button?

We're getting close ladies!!!Chat Icon

Re: OFFICIAL JUNE MOMMY THREAD!

hmmm whats new with us? things are starting to disappear from my registry, even though I know the date of the baby shower it is still exciting! I have been more tired lately as well, need to start thinking of cutting my workload, it is beginning to be too much...
our little one is exploring my ribs at this time!
on a side note, I got some exercise today when none of the elevators in our building worked and I had to walk down from 22nd floor... needless to say I am exhausted Chat Icon

I'm doing GREAT!! I hjad a doctor's appoinment on Tues and got confirmation I passed the 1 hour glucose Chat Icon And everything else was perfect... my follow up pap also came back normal (thank god) The only thing was the 5 pound weight gain in 3 weeks Chat Icon But DH told me to blame it on restaurant week Chat Icon Chat Icon

Feeling good. Just getting a bit big and uncomfortable. This baby will NOT stop moving. I'm talking it's constantly turning or kicking. I gues I jinxed myself when I was worried it wasn't moving enough!

And yes, it's getting VERY real that in 2 months... I'm going to be a mommy!! The furniture (as I posted) came last weekend. LOVE IT. It's more gorgeous than I remembered.

No movement on my registry yet Chat Icon That's a bummer. I have NO clue when it might be, or if there even is one!! Chat Icon I'm REALLY looking forward to seeing the items start going Chat Icon

Other than that, the usual slowing down. Tired a lot these days and my hunger and thirst are OUT of control!
