i am so happy we are almost there! I went today for my 33 weeks appt, baby doing great, head down, perfect size, good HB, i am so happy- he's still so active, its unbelievable- and i feel him day and night he's sooo active

so my OB is out the next couple of weeks b/c i was told she's "sick", whatever that means, so i had to go to the covering OB today, he was nice, but i am used to my women, hopefully my wont choose to make a real early appearance before my regular OB comes back

on another note, my PIP joints of my hands are BLUE-its so wierd, the OB didnt know what it was, but told me incase its swelling, drink lots of fluids and try to relax more-still working 5 days and doing everything under the sun- i ned to listen to him esp/ since my DH is AMAZING and would not let me do anything if it was my choice. I still ahve m/s and throwing up almost every morning but i know the end is in sight
the nursery is coming along, we have all our furniture and now its time to decorate

Time is defintely flying by. I had my shower on 4/20 (waiting for photos to post about it). My EDD is 6/30 but she is measuring 6/16 and with my increased fluid the doctor yesterday said she hopes she makes it to 36 weeks.

This guy is driving us crazy we are now on our 4th closing date so pray we close this monday as now planned. We have so much to do and I am on modified bedrest - (only an occasional outting - i.e. lunch if someone else drives and the minute I get contractions I have to leave). The entire first floor hardwood needs to be redone and the walls painted downstairs (we are holding on upstairs and one bedroom will be a playroom/computer room and the other will be a gym/DH's study. But the baby's furniture isn't here yet and my glider came in end of March and it was defective (dutalier from BRU) so they had to to reorder it and they claim even though the cushions came in okay on the one they sent that it was still a special order and would be another 8-12 weeks.

We still have to pack up the house and move - I feel horrible as non one will let me help with anything (even if I sit and do stuff) so I have been assigned to phone calls.

32 wks dr. visit went well.

People started buying from the registry (although I won't have a shower). I am so shocked (pleasantly!!!), really. We really made the registry for us as a "list" of things to get.

Growth sono is in 1.5 wks. I did not think I would have one but dr. thought it would be a good idea. So glad I can see my little boy again.

Otherwise, nursery is about done. I have to put the curtains up. I am sawing the valance myself.

We just had our 32 wk visit this past week as well.

Baby is head down (not that it matters...I'm a scheduled c) and weighs 4 lbs 2 oz. They are expecting him to be about 7 lbs at birth but will do another sono at 38 wks. My fluid levels were all good so we're in good shape with that stuff.

We're also not having a shower but did a registry. I really didn't think anyone would buy us anything off of it because of not having a shower but people have been generous. We're very lucky.

The nursery is almost done. DH is going to put the valance up this weekend and hang the mirror. I ordered the wall hangings and we need to find an area rug we can agree on. Other than that, I've washed all of his newborn and 0-3 month clothing and keep rearranging them in his dresser. DH thinks it's funny I can't make up my mind what order I want things in.

6 more weeks of work and then I'm done until September. It's hard to believe it's almost June. Next month, we'll all be Mommies!!!!

GIRLS!!! It's almost JUNE!!

I had my 38 week appointment yesterday. Baby is head down, face down and (as my Dad likes to say) "ready to launch" Heartbeat is super strong. The pressure from the head "down there" is UNREAL these days... I'm hoping for something to happen soon. I have definitely been losing my mucus plug, there's no mistaking that

I'm 50% effaced, but no dilation. Feeling really good though Can't wait to meet this baby!!

Every day DH calls about 3x - "Did your water break yet? Did you have the baby" Um... I think I'd call you!!

We're almost there!!!!!

I have my 38 week appointment on Thursday....so far, there's been no progress...but the baby is in position and also "ready to launch". I have been feeling more pressure "down there" so I guess that's a good sign also!

I'm meeting with the pediatrician today ( finally) so that's one more thing crossed off the list!

The nursery is almost finished...just waiting on the glider cushions because the company forgot to send them

I feel great though! My ankles are a little swollen still, but nothing I can't handle .

This baby will be here in no time!

I had some horrid cramping this morning, got up and it went away. I swear I feel worse laying down then standing...

I have a growth sono today, finally get to see how much we think this little bugger weighs and our 38 week appnt. on Thursday.....

Im nervous but ready...

Feeling pretty ok otherwise, trying to do a lot of walking, ankles swollen but not too bad.

Sleeping stinks, hard to stay comfy.

I can't believe we are almost there.

I had my first internal last week (go back tmw) and the baby wasn't in the birth canal yet, but head was down, but that could change. My back bothers me if I am sitting too long, but that's okay, it will be well worth it!

had my strep B test today, hoping the results are negative... this is my second week at home... I got lots of things done: laundry, ironing and finally resting cause I have been so tired lately... I can sleep all day now!!!! wow we are getting so close

Glad to hear everyone's doing so well!

I'm doing great still, thankfully! I have my 36-week appointment tomorrow (my first internal ), so we'll see what he says. I don't feel any pressure down there, so I'm thinking baby isn't 'engaged' yet!

I'm feeling great, not sleeping well but not because I'm not comfortable, just because I have ten million things racing through my mind. I have definitely been overdoing it lately, I never sit down to relax until I try to sleep, so my body doesn't know what to do then I need to take it easy, I know.

My shower is this weekend, so that's exciting! And I'm having my mom & sister stay with me for the long weekend, so that will be nice (but of course that causes tons more work for me to prepare for their arrival!)...but they will both be major helps...I haven't seen my sister since Christmas I think.

Baby's room is getting there, we ordered blinds, have to hang them and hang the valances. Still need lamps, a rug, and then to set up all my shower stuff. I don't think I will relax before baby comes, but at least my body won't be used to a life of leisure when baby comes!

we are almost there ladies!! I just posted before that i had my 36 week appt and i am 1 CM dialated and 75% effaced-so happy and nervous b/c it so real now. I also had the strep B test done and will find that out next week. I lost a pound over the past 2 weeks but the dr wasnt concerned. I go for the growth sono on fri-DH and I are so psyched to see our little man!

Pretty much the room is done with regard to having all our furniture and stuff but its packed with toys and presents so i have to organize it, i end work on friday and am so looking forward to having time to relax and really start preparing for this baby.

Things have been going off our registry so i think my shower could be soon, i just hope this baby doesnt make an appearance before it happens

Glad to hear everyone is doing well.

We don't go back to the doctor until next Tuesday for our 36 wk appt. Our little guy is scheduled to arrive just 4 weeks from tomorrow. It's crazy how close it is!

I've been feeling good for the most part but am getting increasingly uncomfortable as the days go on. Sleeping at night is almost impossible because the baby is either pushing on my ribs or anything else he can get his hands and feet near. Last night, he was going non-stop for almost two hours with pushing on my ribs. He's nothing if not persistant!

Nothing else really to report right now. Nursery is done and I have my list together for my hospital bag.

I can't wait for June!!!

I'm definitely VERY anxious at this point, now that we've had some already deliver. I'm off for my 39 week appointment in a few hours and I REALLY hope there's some news! I've been having contractions on and off for the past 3 days

I'm at maximum capacity at this point, so the baby needs to make an appearance SOON!

Going to 36 wks dr. appt tomorrow and discuss possible dates for c-section.

So I probably will get the strep test and another internal ( ). Hopefully it will not be as painful as last week when I was in L&D.

Nursery is about done. I finished sewing one valance. Working on the other one.

We were without a washer for 3 months. Plumber finally finished on Sunday. So, DH washed the crib sheets, mattress pads, bassinet sheets. NO MORE laundrymat trips!!!

For some reasons, I can't figure out if I have everything for the baby. Enough onesies? All the "hygiene" products?

We met with the Ped last night and liked their office. So we probably will use them. The office is about 10-15 minutes from home and they are affiliated with Winthrop.

I started my hospital bag. Just have to put the take my home outfit in there.

NOW.. on to the carseat inspection!

Hey ladies!!! As you're all WELL aware by my slew of TMI posts- there may be SOME progress *down under*. I have my 37 week appointment today- so we'll know for sure.

DH has been fantastic, if not a little overprotective about me doing things. Thankfully, he's working out in the yard today, so I can get some much needed cleaning done.

You'll all be happy to hear that Hillary Clinton returned my ankles sometime in the night.....

We are finally moving this weekend!!! So things are finally falling into place - our baby furniture finally came in earlier than they had said so it was delivered on Sat.

I was 1cm dialated and 50% effaced last tuesday - so I wonder if I have had any progress - I have a growth sono, BPP and dr's visit on Friday - so we shall see - I hope she waits until at least next week when we are actually in the house to make her appearance!

OOH, it's thundering!!! June's coming in STRONG!!!!

I've been having contractions about everty 10 minutes. They're still pretty irregular, but enough that we're paying attention to them!
