OFFICIAL WW 2013 THREAD
Lost 2.8 this week my total is now 14.8 lbs and I've reached my 5% goal

Thank you Christine and Colleen for the tips! Sorry to took me so long to respond...I've been a bit crazed the last two days.
I'm definitely going to look at all of those questions you posted again and figure out where the problem is lying.

Yes, great weigh ins all around! Everyone is doing so well.
Kim - Congrats on the 5%! I think hitting a small goal is SO motivating...
Colleen - It is amazing that you are almost back to goal and your pre-pregnancy weight. You are going to feel so good when you can wear all of your cute summer clothes and bathing suits in a few months, even though you just had a baby. I had my DS in December a few years ago, and lost all of the weight by around early May, and I remember feeling SO proud that I could fit into all of my prepregnancy clothes and some cute new things when we went to summer bbqs, beach vacation, etc.

thanks Christine i love hitting goals it makes you work harder and knowing it can be done and not to give up like the 100 other times you feel off and gave up I refuse to be this weight ever again!

OKAY...after all my B****ing and moaning... I woke up this morning and the bloat was GONE!! I feel like a new person. Thank the Good Lord. Down 1.8 for a total of 6 in 3 weeks!!!!
I still don't see a difference in clothing. I think 5 pounds is a size but, I have heard that isn't true for the first 5 because you are most likely squeezing into a size you don't belong in anyway. I have these skinny jeans that I wasn't wearing because of a bad situation in the front... I am thinking of trying them on again.. don't know if I dare yet!!!
ETA: I convinced my mom and aunt to join with me. My aunt is down 5.5 in three weeks and my Mom (she joined this week) who has such a tough time losing weight lost 3.6 in her first week!!!!! So proud of them too. We eat together a lot so I needed to get Mom on board so we can help each other.

Good job!!!
I've found it really depends on the clothes. You might be losing weight in one place but not another.
That's great that your mom and aunt are doing it with you. I find it so much easier when you have additional support.

Congrats on a great weigh-in Tricia! Shows you just never know. Glad you got your mom and aunt to join, too. I am having fun going with my mom... and it's nice to have a "weight loss buddy" in real life, as opposed to just online.
I lost 2.6 lbs this week, so I am down 12.6 total!
I have a wedding on March 23 and I think I will treat myself to a new dress, so I am hoping to lose a few more over the next couple of weeks. I don't really see a difference in myself yet (I am 5'7", so I feel like I need to lose a good chunk before it shows), but a few people have commented that I look like I've lost weight, and I love hearing that!

WOW! 2.6 in one week!! Awesome!! And what an awesome total. I am sure you tell a difference at 12.6 pounds. Get that new dress and enjoy!!
One of the only benifits to being 5 ft tall is that you can see the loss pretty quickly on me. lol. However it also works the opposite way.. you can see the gain too!

Wow everyone good job! I didn't lose much .2 but I also used pretty much all my weeklies at a family party. Could be water retention too as I ran yesterday haven't ran in a while, and muscles are sore today

Just wanted to share 2 new food finds:
Vitalicious pizzas- from the same company that makes the vitamuffins, brownies etc. I had one today- its 5 pts and VERY filling.
Also, chobani has a new greek yogurt- its a small one. They're called chobani bite. They have different flavors. I got coffee with dark chocolate chips and its SO good!!

Thanks for the food ideas, Colleen. I am always looking to mix it up, incorporate new snacks or meal ideas... if I eat the same thing over and over, I get way too bored.

Anyone do WW online? I can't commit to weekly meetings because my schedule changes all the time. I hope someone has had luck with it. I downloaded the apps on my phone so hopefully that will help!
