This makes me sick. Its things like this that make me want to keep my child in a bubble forever. Apparently this guy is a friend of the mom and boyfriend. Not only did this MFer do it to a 2 year old, but in a public place AND TAKE PICTURES. Although not stated, it is implied that he was caught by Seaworld employees. I cant wait for this DB to go to jail.
