otc prenatals...which ones?
which ones do you take? or what do i need to make sure they have in them?
i hated the rx ones i had last pregnancy, they always made me sick

i take the nature made prenatals and a separate DHA supplement (expecta).

i take VitaFusion or Target gummies cause they don't make me sick.
make sure they have enough folic acid!

I was taking the Vitafusion Prenatal over the summer (before we started TTC'ing) and switched from recommendations from the other ladies to the One a Day (but I bought Target brand = same ingredients I checked each line) and they don't make me sick (I get sick from Vitamins)

I was taking the One a Day, but switched to the Target brand. Like PP said, they have the same things in them, but cost much less.
I used to take them in the morning, but it was making me nauseated, so I switched to taking them after dinner and never feel sick.

I know you said otc, but I just picked up my prescription prenatals yest from cvs for 1st time(I was using the free samples my doc gave me before lol) and after my insurance, plus the discount card my dr gave me, they were free!

I take VitaFusion gummies. They taste really good. I was taking other ones, but the smell turned my stomach and they were HUGE. Just couldn't do it anymore.
