This girl may just grow up to be a serial killer When I was a child, I would have risked my OWN life for that of an animal....so I have big issues with this "child".
I have seen children do very mean things to animals...One time...I was coming out a work. I saw a 5 or 6 year old boy standing outside a laundromat and there was a PLEASANT cat just hanging around the front door. The cat was not bothering the boy nor going near him. I watched as the little boy walked UP TO THE CAT and KICKED THE CAT HARD with a swift kick, in the face. Child or not, I went ballistic ont he little boy, and scared him when I screamed at him that the cat was NOT bothering him and how would you like if someone did that to YOU????
I will never forget how stunned that poor innocent cat was and how I always thought of how cruel can a little child be.
Another time...with my own dog, I watched as a child in my neighborhood decided he would try to shove a bat through my fence to HIT my dog who was simply doing what a dog does, barking. My mom was here and she yelled at the boy "Hey! The dog wasn't doing anything to you!" If I would have caught him, he would have heard a lot more than that...
This little girl, I would ream her a new one, child or not. ANd take legal action if I could.

You know I used to see kids in my neighborhood hurting poor cats too when i was growing up.. I used to freak out on them... I think there is a sad future for people who hurt any animal.. You seriously have to be missing something in your heart.. Its scary..

if i was the person that saw that happening, you would have to use an iron grip to pull me off of that kid... i'd beat the ever living sh*t out of her. and if she did it to my dog.....whooo boy!

I agree. If anyone ever did anything to hurt my animals I would end up in jail for a long time because I would not be able to control myself. Child or not I'd beat the living sh!t out of them.
That is one thing I can NOT tolerate.

I understand what you are saying BUT if he/she had stopped her - they may have thought that it was an exaggeration. This way, no one will ever allow her to watch their dogs OR children EVER and hopefully they can punish her in a way that she deserves.
