Please recommend your digital camera...
I'm looking for a compact camera that is basically point and shoot, and doesn't delay when taking pictures (my current digital does that and I hate it).
I'm giving birth in a few weeks and want something that Dh can keep in his pocket.

I had the SAME EXACT problem, I freaking hated my old camera bc of the delay. All of my pictures were off.
Anyway I just got the SONY CYBER shot, I believe it is called. It is FABULOUS

I had an older Sony Cybershot that i loved but I need more megapixels. DH got me the Sony Cybershot 7.2MP for my birthday & I LOVE IT. Model DSC-W90

Very easy to use and small.

I have the Canon SD800 - I got it last year. It is my second Elph and I am really not liking this one. The flash is awful - I can hardly take decent pictures indoors. Outside it is not as bad. Overall though I do not recommend my camera.
I was not that thrilled with my first Elph but a lot of the reviews all rave about Canon, so I thought I would give them another try. I will definitely be switching brand for the next one.
