DD went to sleep at 3-4 am every night until she was 10 weeks old. I tried to get her to sleep, but just couldn't. The Miracle Blanket helps so that they don't startle awake. But unfortunately they are programmed to sleep during the day and wake at night. And don't feel bad to pick him up you CANNOT spoil a newborn. He just needs to know that you are there for him.
