I'd never heard it either until we spoke to DH's cousins in Boston.
I happen to agree with TnJ2007. All I want is for my to be healthy! They are gift enough for me!

I had never heard about this concept until I joined LIF.....
I tried to ask DH for one with DS and he tells me....."A push present? But you're not even pushing!" (I had a Csection with DS)
I guess he had a point...lol
Knowing this is just for fun I would love to get a "mommy" necklace of some sort....

My DH and I joke around about this all the time. I really don't want anything, b/c we can't afford to be spending money on anyone other than the baby.
Eventually I would love to get a necklace with the baby shoe and birth stone. BUT that can always wait until a holiday/birthday/moms day.
I have given my mom charms for hers after the birth of all her grand kids. I think it's a really cute gift idea.
