Question about FMLA?

If I were to leave my job and then start a new one, how long before I can get pregnant? I know that the norm is working a full year before getting those benefits, but does that mean I have to work a full year and THEN get pregnant, or let's say if I was working 6 months and then got pregnant, would I still qualify?

I don't know for sure, but I would assume that as long as you have worked there for 1 year, you are eligible for FMLA (assuming they offer it). So in my mind, that means you could get pregnant any time you wanted... assuming that you have the baby after you hit the 1 year mark.
