Sahm- Am I alone here?!
Everyday by about 4:30 I start to count down until my LO's bedtime. I'm so DONE by that time. I'm tired, I'm spent, I'm ready for relaxation time.
I feel like a bad mom saying it...but it's true.

I start the countdown as soon as they wake up 
They drive me crazy. They are constantly fighting. My only break is while they're in school for a whole 2.5/2x a week. By the time I drop them off I have to go pick them up

Depends on the day. Some days I am ok until dinner. Others, I want to quit around 11. One day I even faked a nap and had DH watch her for the afternoon.

I usually start around 315 when my youngest wakes from his nap. It's a long day that starts at 6am sharp. I look forward to naptime & bedtime

this was my day exactly. i begin the countdown around 4 everyday and start texting my DH like a nutcase making sure he leaves work on time, is on the train, etc. i'm surprised he hasn't blocked me from his phone

I did this all the time when dh worked in the city. Now that he is working on LI I call his office sometimes and leave a voice mail before he even gets in!
The whining is what gets to me the most! Neither of my girls nap anymore so by 4 I give in and let them watch tv. It's the only time it's quite! By 7:30 both are asleep and finally I can relax.

Omg! The whining, the screaming, the fits of rage and the fighting I'm usually done by 3:00. This is DH's busy season so he doesn't get home until after 10 most nights so it's just me day in and day out. I need a break!

OMG I. thought I was the only one! I LOVE my DS and he's such a good baby, but by exactly 4 Iam counting down too! I feel like when he goes to bed(8pm) Iam off for the day, like ok my job is done I don't have to worry about diapers and bottles, ect anymore I can just watch TV, relax and go to bed. It's harder than it looks keeping a one year old entertained all day. Iam constantly texting DH about work as well.

So glad I'm not alone! I feel so bad but when DH gets home I just need a break! (Not that I ever get one, but it is nice to be able to pee alone at least lol)
