i am very sorry that happen to you sweety! i pray all is better with your mom soon! this is why i always leave my cell phone on and always answer every call that comes in (unless i know it's a business) i learned the hard way myself  please know your mom will be in my thoughts and prayers, and know that this was not karma, if this turns out to be a reaction with the meds i hope you look further into it and make sure it was not negligence on the dr.s or the pharmacies part!

I'm so sorry you had to go through this.
I am dreading the day this is going to happen to me- it's unfortunate but as we get older so do our parents- I am not ready to have to deal w/ this and i"m sure you & boosh aren't either...
it's difficult....I hope she feels OK soon!

If somebody actually thinks that "you got yours", then shame on them. That would just be disgusting of them. I know you don't want hugs or prayers, so I won't give them, but I hope your mother is feeling better soon!

I hope your mom is feeling better today. It's such a frightening role reversal when a parent is ill, there's no way to prepare for it, and that shaken feeling is the worst.

Don, I'm so sorry to hear about your mom!!  I hope it was just a reaction to the meds, and that she's well on her way to feeling a helluva lot better!!!!!! My thoughts and prayers are will you all!

She is doing 1000% better - they are fairly sure it was a really bad reaction because of all the meds she is on. They have eliminated some and adjusted the dosages on others and she feels great.
Still in the hospital and coming home on Tuesday
