Seehere.com Customer Service Rave
i know i've read some NOT so hot reviews on their customer service - but i wanted to say that I ordered the 11 ounce mugs a few weeks back (THANKS NICOLE)....and i got them not long ago.
One of them that i ordered for my SIL had a scratch across her daughters' face. I wrote Seehere and told them that one of the mugs (i ordered 2 of the same, so i said that - one of the DOUBLE ordered mugs) had the scratch and that i normally wouldn't mind, but this was across the FACE of the person ON the mug....so what can they do?
Someone wrote me back a few days later and said they'd replace it and ship overnight. I got it today and i didn't just get my ONE mug, i got my entire order!
So now i have extra mugs for my parents and sister in law and brother! I am very satisfied!

I would give them a call and see if they could track it, I had to call them because some cards didnt come in, I had a new order in my hands the next day

i ordered 2 mugs from them, when they came i wasnt happy with them, they were supposed to be a collage but they didnt cover the whole mug, but i figured it was what it was. just now i got an order wih 2 more mugs and the pictures are covering the whole mug. they must have realized they messed up and just sent me a new order! so for $10 i got 4 mugs! for seehere.com

BECARFEUL - I TOO HAD A PROBLEM AND THEY SHIPPED ME A NEW ORDER AND THEY ASKED FOR THE OLD ONES BACK... MIND YOU OUT OF 3-MAGIC MUGS ONE WAS THE WRONG KID.... UUUGGHHH

How weird...I got an email from them Yesterday saying they realized that my mug was sent witha picture cropped differently then what I had ordered ( which BTW I had not noticed, looked PERFECT to me) and they overnighted me a new mug for free, just got it today. And this was all on them, I never even asked or indicated any type of problem!

i just checked my email and i got one too saying that they didnt print it like they showed me in my preview and they were overnighting me new ones.
