Ditto the edible favors suggestion. I either toss other things within minutes of leaving, or "forget" to take them when I leave the shower.

I was just going to post this. My friend did Essie nail polish in all shades of pinks for her baby shower. Love this idea!

I know all too well about the Greeks loving their favors lol
For my sisters baby shower we played games and I gave out wrapped up pretty scented soaps, note card sets. Centerpiece was a flowerpot so we have those out. Ultimately the favor was a cookie in the shape of a teddy bear to go with her invitations. Just thought I'd give you the other ideas though

my bff made chocolate teddy bear lollipops and we also gave out mini bath and body works hand sanitizers and lotions.

I think something edible is best. People like to eat and don't love trinkets. My mom and I threw my shower for DS in July of 2012 - it was nautically themed and they had nautically styled cupcakes made up. They were adorable and delicious.

Don't love the nail polish idea bc I think nail color preference is pretty individualized. I know I'd never wear blue and there are only some pinks I'd wear.

i did cake balls and chocolate dipped spoons. Everyone seemed to like them.
I am waiting for my diabetes to go away so I can buy a dozen of the cake balls and stuff my face
