Sicilian Rice Ball Casserole recipe= amazing.

I made this for dinner last night. Labor intensive, but AMAZING. I took her advice and made 2...cooked one and froze the other. I used long grain brown rice and turkey sausage (and the homemade sauce recipe on the same website). It's a good meal to make during the weekend for the week; we didn't eat until 7:45 last night because it took so long.
It was AWESOME

Thanks for fixing the link! It was so delicious.
I have tried 2 other recipes from this website (Santa Fe Crockpot Chicken and Cream of Broccoli soup) and both were big hits!!!

Thanks for posting this...I made yesterday and thought that it was amazing!! I think next time I would do a mozzarella/provolone mix to add a little more flavor to the cheese (if that makes sense).

I made this last night and it was a huge hit in our house! My 2 year old DS had 2 servings and even ate the peas (he usually spits them out) . Thanks for sharing!

I made it on Saturday and DH loved it.
The mozz/provalone mix sounds interesting. I'll have to try it next time, and I think with more cheese on the meat layer.
