So Upset
My BIL watchs DC 3 days a week.
I have been very uneasy when I come home from work.
I set up my video camera and am watching the footage.
1) He is constantly yelling and cursing
2) He layed on the loach the entire time on his laptop barely moving or checking on the kids.
3) My daughter must have climbed on something and got stuck so she whined, he yelled at her, picked her up and throw her on the couch calling her an "Fin Idiot"
4) He is missing for over 160 minutes. My daughter and son are by themselves in the living room. Plus there are a few times they are playing with wires and things they shouldnt have been
I'm not done watching this. I am so upset i am shaking. I dont know what to do

You need to NOT leave your children with this man. period. How old is your BIL? I am not sure if he is your sister's husband or your husband's brother but I cannot imagine how your DH will feel about this.
I would call your boss and tell him what is going on and that you need to find a new sitter. Can you work at all from home for a few days to find one? Where do you live? Maybe we can help you find a new place.

MY BIL is my DH's brother. He is 18 and in college. He wanted to do this to make money to pay for his car.
My DC are 1 and 2.

but i am not there when he comes. i am already at work.
i mean my daughter is quick to say bye to him.
my stomach is turning. it was almost 3 hours that he was no where to be found.

OMG 3 hours. OMG....anything could have happened. You sound a little bit calm though, besides the obvious shaking and nerves. I think I would be at his house beating him to a pulp for that type of care.
I PRAY that you stop this ASAP, no more, not another second.
I hop eyou can find someone else and its not difficult to switch.

Wow -- just - wow. I feel so badly that this has happened -- and a family member no less.
Family or not, fire him and find someone else. And keep the camera set up!
If you need help until then, let me know. I know a woman near me who babysits from her house.

he is almost home from work. i couldnt even talk to him on the phone. because i want to show him as i tell him.
i am definitely not calm he is lucky he doesnt live near by and next time i see him he is going to hear it. and im sure my MIL will do the same

yeah thats the best thing to do.
You dont think he will stick up for his brother do you? That would make me sooo mad. I hope he understands
