just curious...does he fake himself when you are all around? Like is he fun with the kids when you are there? i always wondered if people are soooo much different when mom/dad are not around.

he's still not home yet. he should be home within the half hour.
i felt like he wasnt paying attention to them based on the way the house waswhen i got home.
you cant even trust family what the hell is wrong with people?

I just cant imagine where he was for 3 hours almost? Sleeping? I hope he didnt leave the house? I mean doesnt matter, they are ok now and its over, but teh what if's are scary

What a horrible thing to have to see, especially from a family member.
I  that you find a quick and much better solution.
I can't imagine the family backlash that will happen. I am sure your MIL will be livid.
Hopefully no one turns it around on you because you secretly videotaped him. (which thank goodness you did) I could see people doing that to reflect off of him.

I am so upset reading this, I can't even imagine how you feel.
Thank God you followed your instincts and set up a camera.
I work part time and I live in the Manorville/Mastic area if you need help next week. I can watch them on Thursday. I have an appt on Friday, but I will re-schedule if you need help.

hmm, i could see an 18 YO leaving for 3 hours and sleeping, they are 18...but its not an excuse....
but...throwing him? Did he throw him hard? was he hurt at all at the time?
U are sooo luckt u taped him, how did u set it up where he wouldnt see it

I'm so sorry you are going through this you must feel so betrayed this your DH's brother? I think you should stop watching right now and let your DH watch it, you are only going to get more upset. let DH watch it and he will handle his brother. I feel so bad for you

As I sit here reading this my mouth is wide open and I cannot get a grasp on the fact that your BIL has behaved like this to his own NEICE and NEPHEW... I am sick to my stomach thinking about the fact that he left them for 3 hours alone..... Seriously, I would have a VERY hard time even letting him NEAR my children ever again.... I hope DH really let's him have it... that is UNEXCUSABLE!!

Update
I watched more and it didn't change
He also throw DS. He smacked both of them pretty hard. Constantly yelling at them
they werent even bad. which makes it worse. they were actually good the entire day.
i told DH. he was more upset i didnt tell him i was taping.
he agrees with me.

I'm glad they are okay and that you found out sooner than later. He obviously is not a capable person to watch children.
DH should kick his azz for putting their safety at risk.
