3m, when we did gentle sleep training
eta: he loved it at first sight, it was one in a set from one of the gifts we got when he was a newborn
At around 3m, when he'd go to sleep, I'd show it to him. He took to it right away and would hug it and put it on his head, and when he got older throw it around.

Loey is 13 months old and has had his puppy and turtle in his crib since 6 months, but I feel like he really couldn't care less about them!

I'm guessing around 6 months he would hold it but since he turned 1, he's been super attached to it. It's ridiculous how much he loves that stupid thing...
