spinoff: what clubs did you frequent
once you became of age???
for me..it was buttles and zacharys
sprats on the water
amd a place called summertimes in bethpage..

I was a club rat for awhile after I moved to NYC. Every weekend was a different clubhopping. I did frequent the large clubs - Exit, Soundfactory, etc., but I was always more into the lounges or the late night scenes...like this one place called Sway used to be sooo great.

I was like this too.
My brother was in a bunch of cover bands through the years and I used to go in the back door to so many of the local places. The first time I went in the front door of Mulcahy's I actually blurted out "so this is what the entrance looks like." What a nasty look I got from the bouncer.
I used to like Molly Bloom's, Napper Tandy's, Finley's of Greene St.

a bunch of clubs out in the Hamptons, but I can't remember their names for the life of me right now.
I didn't start frequenting Exit & Tunnel until after college w/DH (along with Saci, Spa and a bunch of other smaller clubs/lounges.)

I was a bartender and shot girl at Co-Co's for 2 summers, i worked Friday nights, Saturdays nights and Monday "Hipp Club", made mounds of money off of all those guidos
I was a fixture at Christophers (my friend;s Dad owns it), The dodger, Images, Heartbounds, Strawberry's, Zachary's

me too, 13, climbed out my window and hopped on that train, would get home before 8am and it was all good! My Mom tells me that she alwasy knew I was sneaking out but actually spit out her wine the night I told her I traveled all the way into the city, she thought I walked up the block to my Bestfrind's house.
