swings...
Hi Ladies!
I have one new swing, but was planning on waiting to see if both babies really liked it before maybe purchasing another one. However, a friend of a friend is selling one for $50...do you think it is worth getting it just in case? That is a lot better than another $160!
BTDT moms....did both of your babies love the swing??

I think getting one used is the smart thing to do. My friend with twins used the swing for both constantly!
You might be able to find a used one cheaper than $50 or check with other friends who might let you borrow. They only use the swing for about 6 months or so anyway...

At 1st, neither of my boys liked their swings. The boys were just too small to enjoy them. Now that they are 4 weeks old  they are starting to grow into them and LOVE the swings. If u have room for 2 of them, get it!

i had one swing and one bouncy and would alternate them (but we didn't have a lot of extra room)
if you have the room it might not be a bad idea. my babies are 7 months and still like the swing sometimes.

OK, thanks for the advice, everyone! I think I will probably either buy that one or borrow one from a friend (hers isn't as nice, but it's free!).

My son hated the swing! I wasn't going to buy another for this reason but a friend gave me her used swing. I would see if you can get one free or used (cheap) as a back-up. I think you can find one cheaper than $50.
